A few months ago, I used Google’s news archives to search for articles about my ancestors in early Pittsburgh. I found a wealth of information, including several photographs of family members, and found the archive very useful. Since I couldn’t figure out how to download the articles directly, I used a screen capture tool to save them. Unfortunately, I accidentally clipped off the date on one of the articles, a detail I didn’t realize I would need later. Now, I’m struggling to find that particular article again. It was published between 1900 and 1912 in Pittsburgh and covers a story about a woman named Pearl Johnson who was committed to an asylum. A descendant of one of her children has reached out to me, and I need the date of the article. Can anyone suggest how I might locate this article once more?
